Strategic Planning & Corporate PMO Manager
ความรับผิดชอบ
- Research and apply critical thinking to industry trends, competitors and current environment to provide business insight and identify new business, new business development, partnership and investment opportunities
- Formulate and facilitate the corporate annual strategic planning processes
- Oversee and execute strategic initiatives, new business model that cut across the company. Perform as a project manager or PMO to ensure timely execution, monitor and report progress of strategic initiative projects
- Prepare materials to support management decision making, report progress of initiatives project both for senior management and Board of Directors
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, process design, project management office, business analytics
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience, especially in insurance, strategic planning in the insurance business and financial.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to influence peers and leaders of a specific audience.
- Organizational relationships within the team.
- Flexibility, adaptability, mobility; Able to prioritize and manage projects / priorities at the same time efficiently.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
