ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Oversee and manage the development of company Business Plan as well as to assist in monitoring progress of the plans with the objective to ensure the alignment between the developed business plan and company strategy, in accordance with company’s goal and objective.
  • Shaping the company’s overall business strategy
  • Developing strategic plans and assessing company performance
  • Conducting business analysis and development to generate business opportunity
  • Coordinate with relevant parties in communicating ways to proceed functional strategy
  • Advise and coaching to subordinates Including suggesting solutions

 

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, process design, project management office, business analytics
  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience, especially in insurance, strategic planning in the insurance business and financial.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to influence peers and leaders of a specific audience.
  • Organizational relationships within the team.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, mobility; Able to prioritize and manage projects / priorities at the same time efficiently.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
